Message Folders not loading into the Bat!

I have just run a boot up defrag with O&O and I am having problems with two folders in The Bat!

One folder called "Old email" appears, but shows no contents and the other "personal folders" doesn't appear at all.

Both are still in the appropriate Windows directry.

How do I get these folders back. As I make extensive use of Rules, all my email is in these two folders :-(

To reply to myself, I have just re-imported my Outlook mail base, and set it all up again.

However, I would still be interested in what might be going on here as I see that others have had problems with  defragging and The Bat!.

I have encountered the same problem of folders that exist not being recognized by The Bat!  I attempted to fix it with "Check Integrity/Repair", to no avail.  I was able to repair the situation by "Adding" new folders to the directory tree of The Bat!.  If I named them the same as the existing folders, the messages once again became available.

While this did repair the situation, I would like to know what happened and how can it be avoided and or repaired in the future.
