Open S/MIME messages without supplying password?

Is it possible to set up TB so that a password is not requested every time an S/MIME message is to be read?

I have found out how to cache the password for up to 9999 minutes - but my environment is trusted, so I'd like not to have it at all. I would also like to be able to set up an automatic save of one of the attachments (these are secure backups being sent from a remote database) - which will break if a password is suddenly needed.

TIA

Chris

You can cache the password, but not store it indefinitely.

not that I think this would be a good idea... but couldn't you give an empty password to the certificate? (I never tried that though)
