Little squares in front of listings disappeared

Hi,

after installing the Xmas Pro edition the littles squares in front of the messages have disappeared. Bug?

Kind regards

David

can you describe what little squares means?

Yes. I am talking about the disappearance of icons and squares in front of the messages. Is that some sort of new settings? XP SP 2.

Do you mean the icons of envelopes?

Yes and the squares when you use the message inspector.

Message inspector? You've lost me now. Do you mean the Message Dispatcher?

What OS are you using? There were some issues with the older Xmas releases and Win98. Are you using TB v 3.95.6?

Over here nothing has changed with the latest releases. Did you customize your interface?

OK. The interface is clear. Although I find it annoying that I am not equiped from the beginning with icons - like in all versions before. If I want to go beyond default - ok- very good. But concerning the squares (option boxes) that you could click...where do I get them from. Neither at the messages nor when using dispatcher...do they appear.

David

You still didn't answer my questions.
What OS? Win98, XP, Vista, Whatever.
What TB version? 3.95.3 or 3.95.6?
You mentioned an upgrade, what was your previous version?

Now we're at it, try this:
Close TB.
Check in your mail directory whether you've got a tbuser.def or tbuser.eef file, if so rename it to tbuser.def.old (or tbuser.eef.old)
Start TB

BTW I still don't know what you mean with boxes that don't appear at the messages? I've never seen any options boxes at the message list.

XP SP2. 3.80 I actually renamed the file. Still did not work. Then I deinstalled the newest version, installed 3.80 again and then reinstalled 3.95.6. And magically everything works. the icons are there and the check boxes on the dispatcher also. Hmmm. So my problem is solved. Thanks.
