I have just begun using TB (3.95.6), and there are a couple of things I have yet to discover how to do:
1. How do I set the address book display names as "Last, First" by default? It will sort by last name, but I want to have addresses displayed by last name. Aside from going through my address book and changing each entry manually, I haven't found a way to do this.
2. Second question relates to composing a new message. When I click the Address Book button at the right end of the To field, the names revert to sorting by FirstName, even though the address book is set to sort by LastName. How do I fix this?
Oh, while we're at it, a related question. The Help file talks says another method of inserting an address is to "Go to Favourites". How do I "Go to Favourites"? Is there something I need to do to enable this feature? Maybe I'm just missing it ... but I cannot find an icon, button, or menu item in the message editor window relating to Favourites. Please point me to this.
Please excuse my newness to this program. I'm sure these questions are easily answered. Your patient help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
