how to receive all emails to one inbox, from seperate maila ccounts...

Can you tell me how to configure bat. I have 6-7 email accounts. And I want them all to share one inbox, one sent email, one outbox etc... Is it possible?

They have "Virtual Folders" but what I do is have all mail move into a common Inbox and out to other folders from there using the filters. Experiment with them a bit as you build your folder structure. There ois NO mail in my "Accounts" even "sent" and "deleted" get moved.

The caviat here is that they still exist in a deleted state in each folder they have been in so you must run the maintenance center regularly.

Hi Rick

I am not sure I get you. If I have three accounts for example you say that I fit filters to inboxes of other two and move the mail to third? What I want is to have in the list only one inbox, one outbox etc... Not that I have various accounts listed in the frame so that I have to expand them... It's a mess with 3-4 accounts already.

if the accounts are for the same domain, like support@something.com, sales@something.com etc., easiest would be to set a redirection on the server so that all the mail goes to one account mailbox on the server. Then set one account in TB.

In any other case, you can use common folders for all accounts as Rick suggests, but can't completely get rid of the other accounts and have only one, because you can only specify one pop3 server / username / password per account

I have several accounts over several domains and for me farwarding to one account is not a good option.

I was advised not to use the virtual folders as on some systems there is trouble with them. So what I do Is create a folder called inbox and all Inboxes filter to it. I then run a variety of other filters that filter to other folders including anything deleted goes to a central "deleted" folder as do sent mails. There is never anything it the "accounts" folders except pending mail to be sent later.

I collpse all the accounts and move them to the bottom - you can't get rid og them but they are out of sight unless you neeed to get into them for some reason.

I have built a couple of quick templates that will send a mail via different accounts.
