How to configure thebat with microsoft exchange client?

When it is not open, the password entry window from outlook flashes for 1/10 of a second and my e-mail doesn't update. I can neither send nor receive trough my exchange account when outlook is not open. How should i correct this?

Almost (I can type in the password but it does not help - need an open Outlook to make connection work). Strangely, with another acoount everything works fine without opened Outlook.
