How to stop "Delete This Message" confirmation?

And the only thing I can't seem to figure out is how to turn off the "Delete This Message?" that pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to delete an email that I've finished reading. I want to delete and go on to the next email in a folder. TIA for any help! ~R
