List of allowed rcpthosts?, Setting Up email

I recently purchased a domain name with email through Go Daddy and I'm trying to set up the SMTP relay. I was given outgoing mail server name and port number and as far as I can see its set up and ready to go. When i try to send/receive email I get this message: "Sorry that domain isn't an my list of allowed rcpthosts". What does that mean?

WooooHooo... I fixed it. Thanks anyway.

Ok now it's my turn.

I get the same error but unlike nichole I cant solve the problem.

So can someone please fill me in as to how to solve this error.

Thanks

The error is a message sent by your ISP's smtp server. It means that you're using a domain in your email address that isn't recognized by your ISP as being hosted by them.
It isn't an error generated by TB, it's merely passed through by TB.
Basically it can have two cases:
1: You misspelled the domain in your address
2: Your ISP's config isn't up to date (yet)

So check your address and then contact your ISP.
