Two problems, Help menu disappeared & Cannot register Voyager
 
Hello,

1st problem:
After installing TheBat! on Windows Vista, the Help menu just... disappeared. I can see all the other menus, from Message to Options, but not the Help menu. This wouldn't be such a big problem if I didn't need it to REGISTER my copy of TheBat!

2nd problem:
I've tried to register TheBat! Voyager and when I push the FetchKey, a new webpage is opened reading
'ERROR
Text string is too long (should not exceed 250 characters)'

Can someone please help me solve at least of these problems?

Did you modify your menus?
If so you can try to restore the menu via:
View -> Toolbars -> Customise -> Restore to default

Do you still have TB registered on an old computer? In that case you can export the registration key from the registry to disk and import it in your Vista system. The registration code is stored in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Registration Block
When you create a backup from a registered TB and restore that backup at your new system, registration info is restored too.

Well 'Restore to default' solved my first problem... BIG thanks! Didn't think of that one :D

Any idea on the second problem?

This is pretty annoying and totally unprofessional... THREE seats for The Bat Pro, but only ONE Bat Voyager can be used.
