Yet Another TheBat! UAC problem in VISTA

Hate to admit it, but I have Vista....worst OS since WinME....but that's another subject.... Now... How can I run TB 3.99 without the annoying UAC message other than turning UAC off? It works fine with UAC off, but I'd rather have it on. Thanks.
