Configuring a secure POP3 connection, I can't get STARTTLS connection to work

Hello,

I'm trying to configure The Bat to securely connect to my server to retrieve emails using a STARTTLS connection. I've already configured the certificates on my server, self-issued, and it worked on my first connection. It asked me if I trust the certificate, I added it to my trusted list and I could download some emails.

Now the second time I tried to retrieve emails it's giving me this message: "TLS handshake failure. Invalid server certificate (key material mismatch)".

How come? It worked just 3 minutes ago on my first try.

Hello? Can anyone help me?

I tried with Outlook Express and Evolution and both worked fine (they complained about the certificate - but that's expected - but continued the process). How can I make TheBat work with my server's certificate?

It's VERY strange, as it worked for the first time and I could add the certificate to the trusted list the first time TheBat complained. But now it keeps complaining about it and doesn't check my email at all.

I couldn't even find anywhere where TheBat stores/manages the certificates (in any case I would like to remove a certificate from the trusted list?).

certificates are stored in Address Books, where is "Trusted Root CA" address book. Select it, create new contact, click to "Certificates" tab, add cert and close dialogs.

Well, I deleted the certificates from my server and tried the process again. Now it works. Great! :)
