I want to reply to that e-mail. Here is my template for replying:

Code
Dear ,
%Cursor
---
Best regards / Freundliche Grüße,
tt
%ODateEn, %OTimeLongEn, you wrote:
%QUOTES

But when I click on the reply-button, I see the following:

Code
Dear ,
---
Best regards / Freundliche Grüße,
tt

Everything from the original above e-mail, that starts with signature "--", is cut :( Why? I don't like it!

How is it possible to have a quote of the *whole original e-mail*?

Thanks!

That's what that "-- " is supposed to do. It's called a signature delimiter and proper email clients don't quote what's below it.

However, if you want to cite the whole previous message, you can use the %Text macro in stead of the %Quotes macro in your reply template.
This won't add a quote prefix before the original message so you need to use Outlook styled top posting in order to differentiate between your message and the the previous post.
