Trouble with opening The Bat!

Trouble with opening The Bat!, I can't open the bat! anymore

I try to reinstall the bat but it's not working. the programm seems to open (i see the logo with the bat) but after that nothing happen, the programm won't start... what's the problem ? I've installed the bat on my other computer and YES, I was able to run the Bat and open my data. But the second time I openend my (second) computer I experienced the same problem as on my first computer. Re-install the program wouldn;t help. This is a great mystery. I've windows-XP. Alfred
