How to sign emails?

I wanna add a signature to all emails I send, like this:

Mr. Wad Pro
Tel:5555555
Fax:6666666
Email:abc@abc.com

How can create a signature like that?

Account -> Properties -> Templates -> New message -> type your signature at the bottom of your template.
Do the same for your reply and forward templates.

I could be wrong, but I also think you can create a macro so you can use a keystroke shortcut to insert it into messages wherever you want.

Sorry about the flaky "I think" nature of this post, but I'm just getting back to using The Bat after about two years without it.  I used a lot of quick templates and macros back then, but I haven't had time to reacquaint myself with them yet.  I remember having a couple of different signatures I could insert (based on relevance), which was very handy.

If anyone can elaborate on this, please feel free to do so...thanks!   :)
