Thanks!

I don't have the original email on the computer but had printed it out when I purchased so I have the key but it just won't work. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you're sure that's a key block for v3, it should work, though it's rather long, so a typo would be easily made.
I guess that's why the registration message advices to store the message on CD.

The message with your key block should also coatain your serial number and an order number. You could write a message with those two and ask for help at keys at ritlabs.com. Maybe they can help.
