Voyager proccess refuses to close

Good day.
I have been looking for a decent mail client for long.
I found it in the form of Voyager.
I purchased yesterday, and looks like an excelent program.
Anyway, it exibits a strange behaviour.
I have ver 3.99.8 installed, and 50% of the times i close the program, the proccess stays up in memory consuming like 50% of cpu cycles.
This is happening in Vista business x86.
Strangely enough the prob didn't surface when running in my desktop with Vista ultimate x64 installed.

Any possible solution available?

Hi Kimon,
i had the same problem, and if i am correct some messages in this forum are there with this subject.
Anyway, my problem was solved by installing latest version, 3.99.29
Hope this will work for you also.

Yes, i saw the relevant post, but it is about the bat, and not voyager.

Updating Voyager to 3.99.29 would probably solve the problem if Voyager distribution was updated to this version.
Unfortunately, the only available version for Voyager is 3.99.08.

Maybe the devs should consider updating the Voyager please?
I did buy the Bat licence to use Voyager, and i had no way to test it before buying, since there is no demo for the voyager.
Since the bug is known and solved on the latest bat builds, it can't be very hard to update voyager.

I really need the Voyager portability here.

yeah, I'm pestring them already and when I opened a support request they replied "We will release a new Voyager version soon."
That was on the 24th of October :(
