I have been using TheBat for about 3 years and in the last 2 weeks a problem has arisen that I so far I have not been able to troubleshoot.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
The recipients of the mail I send only 50 percent of the time receive the message. I have turned on read and recipient receipts and the ones that don't make it don't get any receipt. I have changed the SMTP Gateway to use another provider of mine but that has not helped.
I have a large message store, about 1.5 GB is there a chance I need to pare this down. Did one of the recent updates affect me?
Any thoughts would be great. This is my last resort before I go back to heaven forbid Outlook. I have enjoyed using TheBat for 3 years but this is affecting business greatly and I can no longer stand it.
