Last version of 3.* line

On company news there's a note about version 3.99.25 (http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/news_detail.php?ID=2219) but on on this forum there are posts referring to versions with higher numbers. Can the last version of 3.* line be still downloaded from official ritlabs.com site?
