4.0 missing folders!

4.0 missing folders!, 3>4 upgrade missing folders

Not the default ones (Inbox, Inbox-Known, etc.) but my own and they weren't virtual - they were regular folders. Is it a bug - is there a possibility to recover those? Thanks!

If not, manually create folders with the same names and see if the messages will appear inside. If not, make sure the mail folder of the new installation is the same as it was for the old one - if it's not, move it (Options -> Preferences -> System -> Mail directory -> choose old mail folder)
