It was pointed out to me by my nephew that the URL manager only seems to be present in the first email account.

I have 8 different accounts setup and the URL manager is only in the first one.  I can't find a setting or configuration option to turn it on in other accounts.

It isn't a major thing as I don't like downloading images but figured I would inquire anyway.
