Maybe big bug under Vista

As you know, I just started to try The Bat!, the version I used is 4.0.16.2, my system is Vista Ultimate.

I found one problem, when I am using the bat! (that means the bat! is in the front), the computer will restart randomly, if the bat! is not in the front, there is no such problem.

Can anyboy help me on this? If the problem cannot be solved, I have to give up. :(

disable system restart on error.
Don't know for Vista, for XP it's in Control Panel /System /'Advanced' tab - Startup and Recovery - click 'Settings' and un-check 'Automatically restart'
Then you will be probably able to see an error message that gives an idea what's the problem.
Also examine the system event log and TB log.

I have do according to bigg one's suggestion, uncheck "Automatically Restart", however, the computer still restart without any prompt, and also, I tried to find the log, but, there is no TB log, for system event log, as I don't know where it locate, so I have not see also.

Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event viewer

Does the same happen if you boot in Safe mode?

Hi everyone, it has been few weeks since i downloaded 4.018, and as I said to the technical staff of Ritlab, when i try to reply to an email, the software, just shut down. The current version is unusable for the moment.

I have vista (yap!) and the Professional version.
