I don't know if anyone else would benefit from this option, but I'd like to be able to have an email print upon arrival option.

If I have a mail coming from a certain account, that account checking every minute, a message arrives, I'd like that to be sent to the printer straight away.

It seems so easy, yet I've yet to find a mail client that will support this feature.

It is. Use the Sorting Office filters 8)
ACCOUNT / SORTING OFFICE FILTERS
Pick the account you want it to act on
On the right top name it and under condition choose ANY MESSAGE and on the bottom under action choose PRINT MESSAGE

That will do what you stated in your post. As you can see what can be done in here is almost limitless  :)
