New to the Bat, Can send--Can't recieve

Just Can't receive using xp, POP3 and MSN. Have tried every possible combination of entries in the account settings for the POP3 side but nothing works? Any ideas. If I could recieve, I'd buy the program!!! Mark

If you use a free service, it probably doesn't provide pop3 access. If you use a paid service, you should have received some email with config instructions. Also check, you may have to enable pop3 access for the account through the web interface(like for gmail). Try to enable protocol logging and see what's in the log. Can you receive with Outlook Express?
