it can't be done directly unless Outlook can import from theBat (which I doubt). Export messages to some format and then import from Outlook. I think unix mailbox will be most convenient, if Outlook can't handle it, it can surely import .msg and .eml
I know this works for SOME email programs and the Bat and is worth a try:
Open both programs and try dragging and dropping the messages from one folder in the Bat to the folder you want them in in Outlook. If it fails you lost nothing
If that fails try dragging from the Bat to a folder on (say) your desktop then IMPORTING to Outlook
