Synchronize TheBat Dekstop / Laptop, Improve curreny system

Current available methods are slow (3 steps) and confusing at first use. A tool like SyncToy can speed up the process by moving only the newer files, not everything. I keep my mail folder in a TrueCrypt container, and to sync everything simply copy the container file. However this method is suitable only if you use one installation at a time, not both simultaneously
