Suddenly not downloading email
 
A month ago I was downloading my email as usual suddenly it stops donwloading with the message UIDL RETR 12
It had downloaded th first 12 email and nothing more.
I waited, but in the next days I always received the same error message, so I deleted the first 11 message from the server, but now the error is UIDL RETR 1.

The other meil address are working without any proble.
What could I do to download my email again?

The most likely thing that you've got a message waiting that's infected with a virus.
The best way to handle this is to use the mail dispatcher.
Account -> Dispatch mail on server -> All messages
Select the 'delete' box in front of msg 12 or 13 (or both when both are suspect)
pick from the dispatcher menu:
Messages -> Start Transfer
That will delete the suspect message.

Another way would be to disable your virus scanner, download your mail, enable your virus scanner and delete all messages with attachments that weren't announced previously.
Downloading virus infected messages with TB is quite safe, even when you view them as TB doesn't execute them, simply don't open any suspect attachments.

When your account also offers webmail, you could use that interface to delete the problem message. That's the least safe way though.

I already deleted from webmail the messages before that and it still doesn't download anything.
I tried to disble my antivirus and firewall too, but without any luck.
BTW the message I have to download doesn't have nay attach.

I'll try to download through dispatch mail on server.

Use Dispatch mail on server solved my problem.
I first download all the email except the one that blocked the site and after all thet email and now everything works fine.
