How do I enter the key

How do I enter the key, Key will not cut and paste

When I open it up I just get the box asking for the master password. It will not let me cut and paste the key. RITlabs can't possibly expect me to type in hundreds of characters. The email says to click on the HelpRegister key but there is none.
