New bug in 4.1 - layout is not saved

It seems to go back to default, with the folders pane taking up half the width of the window.

If I close The Bat normally, reboot and try to open it again, the bug happens and the layout resets. If the machine crashes with The Bat open, I reboot and then load it again, the bug does not happen.
