Imap deleted message dissapears

Hello,

I use Imap.

I set "Mark as deleted, do not use Trash folder", but
when I delete the message, it dissapears, I can't find in any folder.

Interesting enough, when I open Outlook, I can see the deleted messages in gray. I would expect TB the same behavior.

Am I missing some settings?

Try from the menu:
Folder -> Browse deleted messages

The Bat does not purge IMAP deleted items automatically. See my post from earlier this year.

Rightclick on the folder and 'Remove Deleted' will purge the folder.

Purge/Compress when exit does not seem to work for IMAP servers. Must do manually.

Hello Roelof,

I tried Folder -> Browse deleted messages, and in a new window I got only a message with the beginning:

"Welcome to The Bat!

Once you have installed The Bat!, you receive at your disposal not just an ordinary email client......"

What I would like to see in TB is what you can see clicking on this url: http://invitel.hu/csillagzs/outlook2.JPG

The deleted Imap messages are gray with strikeout. So they are not hidden like in the Bat!.

What you should do is when you see that single deleted message to set in the menu of that window:
View -> Show message list
That will show you all deleted messages.
It isn't possible to configure TB in such a way that it shows the deleted messages the same way as Outlook is doing.
