I paid for the upgrade yesterday and I still don't have a reg key or even the confirmation email the order page said was sent.  I have even entered a trouble ticket which "The Bat" staff is ignoring.  Is there some magic link I need to click on or something special I need to do in addition to sending these people money to get the reg key?  They didn't have any problem at all charging my card.
