emails sent, but NOT delivery

The Bat! Version 3.65.03, Vista

Suddenly the program stopped to delivery any emails.
The email has been sent (I see it in Sent folder), but never delivery. I checked it many times.
Also I sent the email to myself - lost.
At the same time I am receiving emails (but no more than 50%).
For compare I am trying Windows mail (Outlook Express) on the same computer - working properly.
I called to technical support in my provider and he checked everything - he sad the problem is in the Bat.
I  installed The Bat 4.1.11 - the same situation. 3-4 hours working and after that - not delivery.
I love that program, but this is a dangerous situation for me.
What shall I do?

Your log shows that TB got a response from the server that the latter received the message:

[20:25:36] C: {2085 bytes sent}
[20:25:36] S: 250 Mail queued for delivery.
[20:25:36] C: RSET
[20:25:36] S: 250 reset
[20:25:36] C: QUIT
[20:25:36] S: 221 Closing connection. Good bye.

That's what the first 250 message means. I'd suggest that you take this log and show it to your ISP's tech support and ask them where this particular message ended up.
They should be able to follow an individual message that should be routed across their own systems.

You aren't using a spam filter or virus scanner that checks on your outgoing mail and acts like a proxy, are you? Only your use of a proxy server on your own system might mean that your ISP didn't receive the message.
