Bat x POP3 Gmail, The bat download only messages from one day

Before you do this, clean out any "sent" messages you don't need and empty your trash. Then go to the account /transport in the Bat and look at the POP login name for the account. If it it is "Josef" add "recent:" to it so it is "recent:Josef" (Without the quote marks of course)
