folders desepear after closing the bat

Those folders desepear as soon as i close the bat and i reopen it, have you got an idea of the problem ? Thanks a lot ? Telepro

I found The Bat was moving them to Documents and Settings. I do not store The Bat there, but at times it decides I do and moves folders there. It appears they are gone. Not so. Just moved. That's all I know!
