Hello all...
Google keeps locking out my IMAP account because of too much usage, even though I really don't send or receive that much email. And I don't send or receive many attachments, which are all small. And, I can't remember the last time I sent a message that bounced.
I have about 50 folders, and I use TB's filtering to moved messages into those folders. As you Googlers know, messages in these folders show up as labels in the GMail interface.
I am trying to accomplish having a local copy of all messages, and I'd like to get all new messages within a few minutes of arrival at Google's servers. What are the best settings to accomplish this?
Also, what is the difference between TB's IMAP Refresh and Synchronize?
I have TB set to synchronize ever 5 minutes, and refresh every two hours. I have each folder's sync mode set to "Full Messages" and I have Retrieve message structures together with message headers checked.
Is there a better way to accomplish my goal with TB?
Thanks for your help!
