Help with problems in TB 1.62

Today my long cherished sub-directories inside TB vanished when I rebooted.

I just don't know how to get them back or why it happened.

Fortunately I had saved the Inbox TBB and TBI files on a tmp box, or I would have lost that too.

Where can I got get some help on how to retrieve my former setup with all the subs?

Highlight one of the folders on the folder tree then press
<control><alt><shift> L

Thank you, they did! Why did that happen?

Yesterday I also tried recovering my latest backup and I got an error when doing so. Is there a way to repair or open that file? Or is there a way to test that file when backing up?

In this case I used an earlier file I had, but I would like to use the latest one.

Win XP + SP3 with NTFS filesystem. Is this what you are asking?

Sorry to insist on this, but is there a way to open that backup file I get an error message for?
