In my case, The Bat! correctly imported my rather large and complex Pegasus mailbox folder structure, but most imported folders contained no messages. I found the solution (it can be found in a more recent topic above this one) but it was not an easy one, and it involved me crossing a few lines to get it done. There were other solutions, but they were troublesome. Since there were no more postings to this thread, I suppose Roelof's instructions worked for Dan, but in case any other reader has problems using The Bat!'s built-in importer, have a look at my other topic.
