Original Message Text Messege Size, Can't Change Size of "%TEXT" in Reply Template

I was able to do this yesterday, but for some reason reply original text font size does not change today. Any help appreciated. using 4.2.10

Formatting is correct in the Preview Pane [Account > Properties > Reply] but when I actually go to reply to a specific email the original text isn't formatted as indicated in the preview pane. Any help appreciated. using 4.2.10
