Ritlabs keeps quiet, why?, Can't they solve a bug?
 
I have reported my previously mentioned problem with Voyager to Ritlabs support; however, they just keep silence and do not reply me.
Can't they solve it?

Welcome to the club.
I don't think RITLabs cares much about user input.
They seem to just fix bugs that's not to difficult.
I reported this bug almost a year ago:

I got a mail from them telling that the problem is deep inside the code and needed some more looking into.
Since then I've mailed them again about this issue, but got no answer.

..That put aside, I think that The Bat! is a great piece of software.
Just too bad that the user support isn't at the same level.
