Basically I am getting many e-mails and want to send them one message. However, I don't want to do an auto respond, I want to first view all the messages that are about to be sent, then I can remove those that I don't want, then autorespond.
Okay, apparently it doesn't auto respond and sends it to the Outbox. But anyways, I send the queued e-mail to a Gmail and even if I send it 10 minutes after, the time says it was 10 minutes before?
Also what's the shortcut for sending all the queued e-mails for all accounts? Thanks again. Great program, much more feature rich than TB.
The Date: header mentions the time of creation of the message and not the time of sending.
To send all messages from all accounts at the same you need to set all accounts to use combined send and delivery and then check all mail for all accounts with Alt-F2. (Account -> Properties -> Transport -> Combined delivery)
I'm not sure whether you want to auto respond to all messages or merely to the ones that request a confirmation.

I want to auto respond to all messages. Anyways, I have one more question. Basically I am using a scheduler to queue my e-mails to the outbox, but never catches the receiver, leaving the To: blank. What can I do to fix this?
Please show me the filter you're using, including the template. The best way to do this is by copying the filter (Select the filter in the sorting office and press Ctrl-C) and pasing it into your reply here on the forum.

I can't get it to work. Might have something to with the fact that I had to fraud the first lines, next time you paste a filter, please start with the linE $$$$ TB! Message Filter $$$$
Nevertheless, the way I'd go to create an autoresponder would be a manual filter that creates an autoreply and moves the original message to a different folder.
You can assign shortcuts to filters, that way, selecting the messages and pressing the shortcut would run the filter on your selection.

Well I'm using the scheduler and send to outbox, which works great. However, those messages aren't mark as reply (in the inbox they don't show the reply icon folder for the message). Not a huge deal, but I would still like to keep track that it replies. Thanks again!
I have one more question. Basically, I am doing a triple reply response system. But I am having a hard time figuring out the second and third reply. For example:
1. Recipient is forward@mail.com -> Send first reply
So I send an e-mail auto respond there. Now the person replies, and I can't seem to find an exact way to detect the reply, or even the second reply. I tried using something like:
But the headers do not pass through the e-mails. I could fetch a sentence from the reply e-mail, however not everyone has the reply message when sending an e-mail and sometimes people delete it. I hope you are understand what I mean and show me how I can do this.
Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
Edit: I also would like it to it doesn't mix up anything. For example, if the person sends a fourth message, it won't affect any filter.
I'd do that with the address book. First reply => add to the address book group first reply Second reply => add to AB group second reply, delete from AB group first reply Third reply => delete from AB group second reply and if necessary for other functions add to address book third reply. Adding and deleting from the address book or from specific address book groups can be done automatically with filters.

Recipient contains etc AND address group P1/P2 does not contain sender -> Add address group to P1 -> Create scheduler (auto reply)
Address group P1 contain sender -> Add address from to P2 -> Delete address from group P1 -> Create scheduler (auto reply)
Address group P2 contain sender -> Create scheduler (auto reply) -> Delete address from group P2
Now I did a test run with one message and it worked perfectly. But after doing it with like twenty coming in or so, it screws up. Instead of e-mails being send it gets queued in the outbox, it skips, etc. On the stats the efficiency is like 50%.
You're sending your replies via the scheduler, that's more complicated than it should be. Why don't you use the filter action 'send automatic reply'?
With 20 messages it's going awry? Are those messages from the same address? 20 simultaneous messages from the same address would definitely mess things up. (Two or three will do the same.)

They weren't from the same address. And I am using a scheduler because I want it to be delayed. Is there a way of delaying it without the scheduler? Thanks.
