TheBat shutdown itself, It shutdown after 15 o 20 seconds

I have registered TheBat v 3.0.1.33 and it shutdown after 15 or 20 seconds of working, It can not download mails so I can not have replies to my cuestions. When TheBat was in demo mode for 30 days it work allright. Please, anybody knows about this shutdown. Regards.

You might try using the message dispatcher instead of regular mail collection - the first mail in the waiting mail queue may be virus infected and the interaction between TB and your virus scanning software may be causing a severe instability. You could try temporarily disabling your AV software. There. Some suggestions. No specific answers - it's not a common problem. iviarck
