Hi all,
I installed the latest Bat Home Edition to test for 30 days following a strong recommendation from a colleague.
Before now I have been using Microsoft Outlook for emails without any problem. Since yesterday and I don't know if this is a coincidence or a problem with The Bat configuration of some kind. When I sent out emails (with several attachments if that makes a difference), I copied myself in the BCC field to test it. The person I sent the email to hasn't received the email and none of the emails I copied myself in on have got through. Same problem this morning when I tried...
I have used two seperate connections to send these emails, so it can't logically be that.
I have AVG 7.0 anti-virus installed, free edition. I also have Windows Service Pack 1 and Outpost free edition for my firewall. Could it be anything to do with any of those?
Are there settings within The Bat I should be configuring before sending out attachments because other mails have got through to their intended recipients. All very strange...
I hope someone can offer some insight into any potential problems here.
Thank you in advance,
Antony
