cant authenticate on AOL SMTP

marcus beyer Beginner Posts: 2 Points: 1 Rating: 0 Authority: 0 Joined: 11 February 2005	#1 0 11 February 2005 09:46:19 hi im using the bat 3.0.1.33 and i cant figure out how to authenticate on AOLs SMTP. while doing some googling i found this: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=4017&nbn=6 the problem is my bat wont try "login" but quits after failing to log on with "plain". what can i do about that?
