How to change font for composing messages?, Changing fonts in outgoing email?

The font that is defaulted is just so sloppy, and I don't like it! Help!!!

There is no where to change the font with the information you gave me. I want to change the font of my OUTGOING emails. How do I change it ? I did what you said and there is still no way to change my font to Comic Sans MS on my outgoing emails.

What am I doing wrong?
