How To: Restore Folder Structure

Hi. I have recently

1. COPIED my The Bat! account folder to a new computer.
2. Installed The Bat! on that new computer.
3. Created an account and linked it with the directory fr om step 1.

PROBLEM
----------------
Now I can see my old messages, but not all account's folders show, except for the standard folders (Inbox, Outbox, etc).

QUESTION
----------------
Inside my hard disk, I have the account's folders, but they just don't show in Bat!, so how do I import the entire folder structure?

NOTE
---------------
Inside The Bat! if I manually create a new folder and point it to the directory wh ere the my mails are, then the folder will appear. HOWEVER, I have 100s of subfolders and it will take me hours to manually add each subfolder. Is there a command/tool that can do this repetitive work for me?

The proper way to do this is:
1) Copy the complete mail directory to your new computer
2) Install TB on that system
3) Run TB and point it to the mail directory that you've copied.
4) Now tell TB you want to create a new account, but give that new account the name your account had on your old pc. This will cause TB to recognize the old account settings, including folder tree, templates, filters.

As you've already installed TB on your new computer, you don't need to uninstall it, merely deleting the registry settings will do. Start regedit and delete "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT" from your registry \(while TB has been shut down)
And copy your complete mail directory from your old system, to start again.
