Some Questions: Portability, PGP, TLS, Voyager

Is The Bat portable? Can I e.g. install it on a USB stick and run it on several computers? 2.) Does TB support PGP encryption? 3.) Does TB support TLS transfers to mailservers? Implicite or explicite? 4.) What is the diff between TB Pro and TB Voyager? Thank you Matt
