Scheduler - scheduling a task to run more than once a day, Scheduler scheduling twice daily

I would like to schedule a task to run twice each day at specified times but cannot figure out from the various scheduling options how to do this - I am sure it is possible and the task does no have to be created twice but unfortunately Help (as usual) is very little help.  I'd be grateful for any assistance.

Tools -> Scheduler -> set focus on the Today's tasks pane -> Press Ins ert -> Your new task is created
General tab: Enter a discription and the first time the task has to be executed
Actions tab: Set the actions
Recurrence tab: enable 'repeat this event', se t the interval at 12 hours
Advanced tab: You can this this if your twice a day isn't every twelve hours
Links tab: Depending on the type of action you can use this
Categories tab: You don't really need this, it's merely to sort events when you've got a lot of them

I hope this helps.

Thanks very much for your help - could I ask you a couple more questions:  If you sel ect Advanced on the reccurrence tab can you just put 9,15 in the Time Mask Hours and leave the minutes and seconds both as zero to schedule the event at 9.00am and 3.00pm?  I don't understand fr om Help what the role of the asterisks are and whether they are needed - I have to say that I found the examples very confusing - why two asterisks in some fields, and why is 5* Fridays only (why not just 5)?  It doesn't seem to follow the same structure as the unix or linux crontab.

Never used the time mask myself, so I can't help you any further on that.

Thanks for your previous advice anyway.  I'll experiment with the settings and see how they work.  The one thing The Bat is really lacks is decent Help or an up-to-date manual.
