changing email program to The Bat, Will the bat do this

Hi,
I am giving up on my present email program, so I am looking for a new one.

Could someone let me know if these will work in the Bat. I'm not a
technical person so I may need assistance to get the Bat up and running.

1) My present program PocoMail does not use the systems that The Bat uses to import emails from
Pocomail. That was the first thing I tried last evening when I looked at the Pro version just to see
if I like it. Would there be another method to import them or do I not import them.
If I cant import them I suppose I could keep Pocomail active so I can access the emails as and when required
though I'd rather not.

2)What is the International Pack for Home Edition v4.2.36.4 please.

I'm off to install the Home version of The Bat to have a good look at it this time.

Many thanks for any replies.

I know nothing about Pocomail's possibilities, so I can't tell you how to transfer your messagebase from Poco to TB. But I know there's this dedicated program for mail handling that supports both Pocomail's and TB's message base format. That's Mailbag assistant by Fookes: http://www.fookes.com/mailbag/specifications.php

The International pack is a set set of dictionaries and interfaces for languages other than English. The difference between the home-installer and the pro-installer is that the int.pack is included in the pro-installer. The executable in both versions (pro and home) is the same. So even when you're using a home license you can instll the pro-installer, due to the license it will run in home mode, but you won't need to install the intpack seperately. A pro user with only English needs on the other hand can suffice with the home-installer, safes his bandwidth.
