how to create 3 part reply

You don't give any specifics, so I presume that you're replying manually.
Create three address book groups.
Reply1, Reply2 and Reply3
Create an outgoing or a replied filter that adds the recipient to Reply1 if the recipient isn't part of any of the Reply address book groups, something like this:
Condition: address group - contains - recpient
Action: Add recipient to Reply1
For the second reply you get a filter like:
If address group reply 1 contains recipient
Then remove recipient from sddress book group reply1 and add recipient to reply2.
Now the thirs filter is easy. ;-)

Set the properties of Reply3 such that a reply to one of those addresses will turn up empty
