Where are the address book etc. files kept?

Where are the address book etc. files kept?, Looking for location

What is the directory name which contained the old address book? And what is the old address book file name? Also what are the other file names I should be looking to move to the new install location? Is there a way to change the display email message fonts? TIA Jim
