For example I received email and I want to write some notes or some followup message on the email which I can remember later on ? is there any way to do this ?

You can make them visible with View -> Memo Auto-view And when you add the memo column to your message list view (a width of a view characters is enough) you can see for what meesages you've created a memo. __________________________________ I'm just a user of The Bat!
